Senior Associate, Business Operations

We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with a background in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar field, coupled with experience in strategy and operations at a tech company.


This role will play a critical part in driving our strategic initiatives, managing key projects, and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our KPI tracking and data analysis processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • KPI Tracking: Ensure proper tracking of key metrics across customer-facing teams, including defining new metrics when applicable 
  • Trend Analysis: Weekly/monthly/quarterly analysis of trends customer-facing KPIs, with an emphasis on funnel analysis 
  • Strategy & Project Management: Manage and execute strategic initiatives/projects based on data and trend analysis and ongoing internal strategy 
  • Processes and tools: Manage ongoing feedback loops between internal users of customer-facing tools and engineering org to optimize processes
  • Data Management: Work cross functionally to set up ongoing auditing processes to ensure integrity and consistency of data


Your background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of total experience with a mix of management consulting, investment banking, or a similar field plus strategy and operations, bizops, or similar experience at a tech company.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in data management and auditing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to navigate and excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal guidance.


It would be great if you also have
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Advanced SQL skills 
  • Previous startup experience (pre-seed through Series B)
