Family Nurse Practitioner (Russian/Uzbek/English)

Family Nurse Practitioner Position (Must speak Uzbek)

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

Our clinic is dedicated to providing excellent patient care. Our practice is in the process of expanding and is looking to add to the group.

Responsibilities:

• Be expected to see ~30 patients/day
• Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician
• Able to care for adult patients as well as pediatric patients
• Evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients clinical problems and health care needs
• Records physical findings
• Formulates plan and prognosis based on patient’s condition
• Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment
• Refers patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment
• Able to maintain medical records

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or eligible Family Nurse Practitioner
• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in New York State
• 1+ year of experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to speak English Uzbek, and Russian fluently

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
