As Senior Director, Fair Lending Oversight, you will play a critical role in the leadership, strategic planning, and direction of fair housing and fair lending oversight and data analytics to support Fannie Mae’s compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and supervisory guidance. As a valued leader on our team, you will oversee the assessment of fair housing and fair lending risk for the Enterprise and partner with First Line business units as they identify, mitigate, and correct self- and supervisory-identified risks.
