We are seeking a Financial Controller with expertise in international finance, transfer pricing, legal entity management, and billing models to join our finance team and support our expanding operations.

Role Overview

As the Financial Controller, based in our London office, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of Faptic Technology’s financial operations. This role requires an experienced finance professional with a background in overseeing multi-country financial functions, subscription-based and project-based revenue models. The Financial Controller will leverage Microsoft Dynamics to streamline accounts payable and receivable processes, focusing on compliance, efficiency, and strategic financial management. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with our international team and contribute to Faptic Technology’s financial success.

Key Responsibilities 

• ERP and Accounting System: Lead the planning and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP, aligning system capabilities with organisational needs and ensuring seamless integration with existing financial processes.
• Financial Control and Compliance: Oversee financial operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and regional regulations across our delivery centers in Brazil, Romania, and India.
• Transfer Pricing and Intercompany Transactions: Develop and manage transfer pricing policies, ensuring accuracy in intercompany transactions and compliance with international standards.
• Subscription Models and Revenue Recognition: Oversee financial management for subscription-and non-subscription-based services, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and financial reporting.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Optimisation: Utilise Microsoft Dynamics to streamline finance workflows, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
• Cashflow Management: Monitor and optimise cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs, while maintaining accurate forecasting and aligning with business goals to support growth and stability.
• Tax Management: Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, implement efficient tax planning strategies, and oversee accurate and timely filing to minimise tax liabilities and optimise financial performance.
• Payroll Management: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations, while maintaining detailed records and providing support for employee inquiries to ensure a smooth and efficient payroll experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in international finance and financial control.
• Expertise in transfer pricing regulations and intercompany transaction management.
• Demonstrated experience with subscription revenue models and financial operations in a professional services context.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with experience in its implementation and usage for financial processes.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management.
• ACCA or CIMA certification is required.
