Fastenal is hiring for Warehouse Stock CoordinatorShift(s):• During weekdays, the business is available for service from 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday• 18 - 25 hours/weekOVERVIEW:Embrace the challenge of becoming a Warehouse Stock Coordinator and take ownership of our industry-leading vending program.RESPONSIBILITIES:As part of your duties, you must be able to both work independently and collaborate with others. You should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, superiors, and clients:• Delivering supplies to meet consumer inventory needs through corporate vehicles• Executing replenishment and upkeep of vending equipment• Our interactions with customers during deliveries should leave a positive impression, conveying the message that we value them as individuals• Carrying out assignments by fulfilling customer requests at their sites• Completing supplementary obligations to ensure that the branch thrivesREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Candidates must demonstrate the requisite skills and qualifications called for in the job advertisement to be considered for the position:• To qualify for this role, one must be 18 years old or older because of the nature of duties• You must hold a current and full driver's license that meets our driving record criteria to operate a company vehicle as needed for the job• The ability to convey ideas clearly through both writing and speaking is essential• Proficient computer skills• Acquire the skills to juggle several tasks with ease and finesse in a high-pressure work atmosphere• Display meticulous planning, forecasting, and scheduling aptitude to meet tight deadlines• This individual is highly motivated to achieve success in their role, possessing a passion for their work that translates into exceptional performance• A strong sense of urgency often translates into an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
