We are looking to hire tech-savvy, experienced team members based in the Philippines to play a key part in delivering exceptional experiences to our prospects. Join us as we continue to grow!
Assist Team Edition prospects through the evaluation and purchasing process of our subscriptions.
Respond to inquiries and emails regarding our plans and pricing promptly and professionally.
Conduct live product demos and answer detailed questions to aid prospects in making informed decisions.
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our product offerings, plans, and use cases where our plans add the most value.
Confidently handle objections while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Identify and escalate larger sales opportunities to Account Executives.
Stay informed about our competition and communicate our unique value propositions effectively.
Collect and relay product feedback from prospects and suggest improvements to processes and product features.
Our most successful Representatives have:
Excellent verbal and written English skills (C1 or higher).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-assist or customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospects via email and live demos.
Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to quickly learn and understand product details and differentiate between various plans.
A growth mindset – you’re open to feedback and are coachable.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of CRM systems and basic sales tools is a plus.
The ability to work 40 hours per week, fully remote, starting at 9pm PHT Monday - Friday.
You’ll meet folks on our Sales team. We think it’s important that you get to meet the people you’ll be working with.
We’re going to ask you to do a live demonstration of your presentations and written communication skills. Don’t worry, we know you’ll crush it.
