$43 - $45 an hour

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / Nursing Supervisor / Wellness Nurse

Location: Assisted Living Community - Hours TBD (Either 8-4:30 or 9-5:30)

Position Summary:

Pines Village is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor/Wellness Nurse in our assisted living community. The Nursing Supervisor/Wellness Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring the health and well-being of our residents in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead the nursing staff in providing high-quality care to residents

- Coordinate and oversee resident care plans, medication administration, and treatments

- Conduct assessments and evaluations of residents' health status and needs

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers

- Monitor and maintain accurate medical records and documentation

- Provide education and training to staff members on nursing protocols and best practices

- Collaborate with other departments and community resources to support resident wellness

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and community policies

Qualifications:

- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey

- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an assisted living or long term care setting
