Develop and guide an engineering team for manufacturing process improvements.
Lead quality engineering projects using TPS/Lean Manufacturing practices.
Partner with manufacturing leaders to deploy Fender Production System.
Analyze engineering data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coach and train management and teams on FPS implementation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
