Job Description: We are seeking a corporate attorney with four plus years of substantial M&A experience. This is a fully remote arrangement; however, admission to the Bar in the state where the work is being performed is required. States that we are unable to consider for this position are: Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is a positive.
