Employment Counsel

Fetch is a rewards app empowering consumers. We're looking for a seasoned Employment Counsel to provide legal counsel on employment matters and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of employment laws
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in conducting investigations
Experience in employment litigation

Responsibilities

Advise on employment law compliance
Provide legal support to HR and management
Develop and review employment policies
Manage external counsel as needed
Assist in managing employment-related disputes
Conduct internal investigations
Partner with HR for training
Draft and negotiate employment contracts
Identify and mitigate legal risks
Represent the company in hearings and meetings

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in a US state
