Join our world-class team today and fulfill your career potential!The Opportunity– Scores Product Management, Vice PresidentWhat you'll contribute• Tactical management of myFICO lead generation / marketplace of offers for financial products including personal loans, credit cards, and credit builders, including strategy, tactics, offerings, etc., and achieve aggressive revenue goals.• Represent myFICO with affiliate networks and be the ‘face’ of the program to lenders within the marketplace.• Optimize upsell from the myFICO Free Plan into paid subscriptions, including strategy, tactics, and balancing against promotion of lead generation offers. Drive growth in upsell rates. Collaborate with marketing team on tactics to enhance upsell rates.• Monitor, analyze, and interpret product, offer, and user data to support program growth and optimization.• Identify opportunities for expansion of the myFICO offers program including new product categories and new partners.• Develop relationships with third parties and coordinate partner operations including promotions, emails, compliance, and accounting.• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the myFICO team’s strategy, vision, and goals.• Assist with consumer and competitive research, defining product roadmaps, creating business cases, developing product requirements, and driving innovation.• Encourage collaborative idea generation, shared ownership, and commitment.• Coordinate across design, engineering, QA, and marketing to ensure effective decision-making, planning and execution.What we're seeking• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical or financial field.• Experience in program management and/or product management, with focus on fintech products / services and online subscription businesses.• Successful experience managing financial product lead generation offerings and paid product upsell programs in direct-to-consumer digital offerings.• Experience building consumer financial product marketplaces.• Proven marketing experience and capability.• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product and business issues while managing and implementing tactical product plans.• User-centric mind-set, with experience innovating to delight users.• Excellent technical, analytic, communication and project management skills.• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, team-oriented outlook.Our Offer to You• An inclusive culture strongly reflecting our core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers and Earn the Respect of Others.• The opportunity to make an impact and develop professionally by leveraging your unique strengths and participating in valuable learning experiences.• Highly competitive compensation, benefits and rewards programs that encourage you to bring your best every day and be recognized for doing so.• An engaging, people-first work environment offering work/life balance, employee resource groups, and social events to promote interaction and camaraderie.• The targeted base pay range for this role is: $105,000 to $165,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.Why Make a Move to FICO?At FICO, you can develop your career with a leading organization in one of the fastest-growing fields in technology today – Big Data analytics.
