More information about FNF can be found at fnf.com.POSITION OVERVIEWFidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a Crisis Management Team Lead to join the Business Continuity Office (BCO) team. The Crisis Management (CM) function is responsible for developing, exercising and maintaining the program and plans around business and life-safety related events. During an event, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities and communications across FNF and interacting with all levels of management, including the Executive Leadership Team.LOCATION• This is a hybrid position out of our HQ in Jacksonville, FL• Ability to travel an estimated 10%-20%.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Facilitates response and recovery of high-risk and/or large-scale business and life-safety incidents in accordance with documented plans.• Leads cross-functional teams in development, testing and maintenance of CM program, plans, processes and tools.• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop strategies for continuous improvement and growth of the CM Program.• Develops and maintains methodologies to monitor overall CM performance and readiness while meeting program, audit and regulatory requirements.• Establishes and nurtures working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment of CM strategy with company goals and emerging industry and regulatory trends.• Develops and conducts stakeholder presentations, workshops and training materials to ensure company alignment and preparedness.• Shares knowledge of industry best-practices and expand internal staff’s capabilities.• Identifies evolving best practices, technologies and resources to meet changing demands of the company and client base.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.• Requires 5+ experience of experience in crisis management, crisis communications, business continuity or technical incident response.• Ability to be available 24/7 for major incident response.• Demonstrated ability to command control in multi-level management and executive meetings.• Proven ability to drive complex management and executive decisions and develop comprehensive crisis management plans.• Experience in developing, testing and activating Crisis Management plans, recovery playbooks and emergency response plans.• Experience conducting tabletop, plan walk-through and functional recovery exercises.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels in the organization.• Desire and ability to learn and understand the business processes and technologies in use.• Proficiency managing multiple projects of varying scope and priority with tight deadlines.• Competency in use of MS Office suite.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE• CBCP Certification or higher from DRII (Disaster Recovery Institute).EQUAL OPPORTUNITY POLICYFNF, its affiliates and subsidiaries, is an Equal Opportunity employer.
