As a member of the Cloud Economics Methodology team, you will drive the field adoption of Cloud Economics. Cloud Economics outlines the business value of migrating to the cloud, and provides cloud financial management assessments to help customers reduce their cloud spend post-migration. You will help the AWS field work backwards from the customer, understand the business benefits of and how to optimize their existing investment in AWS. The role requires data-driven insights to build and continuously simplify the seller experience, connecting sellers with resources they need help customers make good decisions.
Key job responsibilities

Perform detailed needs assessments in coordination with Field and Cloud Economics leadership. Translate business needs into training offerings and programs.

Develop self-service programs to drive business growth using Cloud Economics subject matter and tools

Oversee the development and continuous improvement of Cloud Economics field training content, working with CE subject matter experts

Present at field events and new hire training sessions

Own the development of the field enablement roadmap

Design and implement metrics to measure programs impact and report on overall effectiveness
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
