Field Marketing Associate

Your Day-to-Day Role

• Work closely with the marketing team to manage projects and assets for events and marketing campaigns
• Liaison with appropriate sales leaders and drive active input in program design and success metrics
• Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to the program stakeholders which could include: Integrated Campaigns, ABM and Partner and Events team
• Negotiate and manage contracts with event organizers and third parties in line with budget objectives
• Generate creative ideas and campaigns to drive attendance to events on and off line
• Maintain event and campaign calendars across all North America region
• Maintain inventory and tracking of event marketing materials produced by IC, ABM and Partner teams (depending on program)
• Management of day to day campaign and event logistics including social promotions, email sends, sponsor deliverables, creative briefs in coordination with events team
• Working collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders to define and execute executive and customer engagement targeted events
• Other duties to support the Marketing team as reasonably requested

Your Work Experience

• 2-3 years in an entry level marketing role
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, global environment. Able to effectively manage competing priorities; think and act proactively, and creatively solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Social media platforms and email marketing
• Proficiency in Google Suite

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
