Summary:

We’re looking for a self-starter Field Marketing Manager who will be responsible for helping lead Druva’s marketing strategy across the North America (NAM) region. This role is focused on working with the field and partner sales teams in driving marketing initiatives and increasing adoption/expansion at our most strategic enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers.


Responsibilities:

Serve as the NAM field marketer, reporting to the Field marketing leader.

Work with the Sales Leaders, and field reps to develop territory plans for assigned region:

  • Responsible for partnering with sales management (RVP) to identify top priorities each quarter and build marketing plans to address needs
  • Regular broad communications to the field and reoccurring meetings with sales leaders to ensure alignment
  • Work closely with marketing peers across departments to inform and run vertical/horizontal/core campaigns in the field
  • Proactively analyze marketing/sales metrics for region (leads/pipeline/etc) and with regular cadence, present findings back to sales leaders
  • Spearhead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing to drive account and territory goals
  • Track and measure quarterly success of plan. Lead conversation around revision of plans based on findings.

Work across Demand Generation Programs, Key Marketing Plays, and Alliance/Channel Marketing teams to create marketing campaigns that address territory needs:

  • Develop strong relationship with Partner Marketing to identify partner resources to fill knowledge gaps for regional campaign needs
  • Identify and execute regional trade shows that support marketing goals against vertical and horizontal audiences

Execute against field marketing plan for region:

    • Develop creative marketing suite of programs based on account, territory, campaign based needs
    • Contract and negotiate with event venues on schedule, room, AV, F&B etc.
    • Create marketing message in promotional materials
    • Develop HTML invitations and event landing pages
    • Develop new ways to positively impact the sales pipeline through creative deliverables.
    • Manage quarterly regional marketing budget and prioritize areas of expenditure based on needs of territory and national priorities

Qualifications:

  • Experience. Proven field marketing background. 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing. Experience with Salesforce.com with the ability to track campaigns, leads, and pull reporting. History of partnering directly with field sales to achieve shared objectives
  • Travel. Must be willing to travel on occasional basis
  • Detail oriented. Nothing gets overlooked when it comes to you. Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management. Detail oriented and deadline driven
  • Communication. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Visionary, Ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize accordingly. Customer service oriented in engaging and supporting the sales team. Motivated to learn and grow with a fast-growing company.
