We are looking for an exceptional and hardworking Field Product Manager to join our growing team of the most outstanding and creative minds in the industrial & healthcare cybersecurity market.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with healthcare organizations with an ideal mix of technical and business background
  • 5+ years of experience working in Cybersecurity industry, preferably in Endpoint Security, NGFW, Threat Detection, SIEM, or MSS.
  • 5+ years of working as some combination of product manager and/or pre-sales engineer
  • Experience evangelizing new product releases to customers, partners, and the broader market (webinars, etc)
  • Excellent communicator in writing, one-on-one, groups and presentations to large groups
  • Strategic thinker that is that is able to think long and act short - and able to roll up their sleeves to get things done
  • Ability to listen well, gain insights, articulate positions, evangelize, and influence others.
  • Ability to “own” initial conversations with technical leaders, and ability to clearly tie the value of a platform back to customer needs
  • An ownership mentality, exceptional follow-through skills, flexibility in embracing frequent change and resolving conflict
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites or internationally

Responsibilities:

This Field Product Management role is responsible for leading our outbound product management responsibilities with Claroty's Sales teams and Customers. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Meet with customers to evangelize the product vision, and understand needs and ideas to improve the product. Capture and organize this feedback for the inbound product managers as input to product plans
  • Collaborate closely with both pre-sales and post-sales teams as the product expert to answer questions and resolve issues to ensure both sales and customer success
  • Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare environments and their security challenges, the latest trends, and regulations impacting healthcare delivery organizations. Leverage this expertise to identify new market opportunities that we can promote with Sales + Marketing
  • Evangelize Claroty Solutions by speaking at key industry conferences, blogs, and other events
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop a strong healthcare cybersecurity narrative and create impactful content
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to train sales, channel, and partner sellers on Claroty’s value proposition for healthcare prospects
