Field Recruiter

We’re currently seeking a Field Recruiter to join our Headquarters team!

The Field Recruiter plays a pivotal role in staffing our field locations with top talent. With a focus on high-volume recruitment and long-term retention, the Field Recruiter partners with our field operations teams to understand and best meet the individual needs of each store. This individual researches, develops, and implements effective recruiting and staffing strategies to build a candidate pipeline and attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable team members.

What you will do:

  • Identify potential candidates for current and future openings through a wide variety of recruitment methods and strategies (e.g., networking, sourcing candidates, representing Mister at job fairs)
  • Build relationships with Regional Managers and General Managers and collaborate with them to identify the unique staffing needs of each store
  • Assist hiring managers in posting, maintaining, and promoting job openings
  • Review resumes and conduct candidate phone screenings
  • Work closely with store managers to schedule applicant interviews and prepare interview and selection materials
  • Support candidates as needed to ensure applications are completed in full
  • Provide job search updates to hiring managers and the Field Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Research and adopt new recruitment strategies that best meet Mister’s needs
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

How you will shine:

  • Three years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to plan strategically, adjust priorities as needed, and support multiple stores
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
