Marketing Content Specialist

The Content Marketing Specialist will work to elevate the FWF brand through strategic content creation and multi-channel marketing efforts. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this role offers a significant opportunity to impact FWF's brand visibility and marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines a strong creative mindset with exceptional communication skills, design proficiency, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

·       Create high-quality, creative content that adheres to brand guidelines, meets business objectives, and grows our brand presence

·       Develop creative for internal communication, training, and onboarding needs

·       Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for all major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.)

·       Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools to maximize engagement and audience growth

·       Maintain a strategic content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels

·       Assist with company event planning and management

·       Create content for cadences/outreach in platforms like Salesforce/Pardot, Mailchimp, etc.

·       Support the creation of content templates, style guides, and best practices to ensure brand consistency

·       Develop custom creative for sales teams to drive conversion and outreach objectives

·       Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

·       2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, specifically one that involves content creation

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, graphic design, or similar

·       Intermediate experience with Canva and Adobe Suite

·       Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail

·       Experience capturing photo and video for social media content (whether on an smartphone or on professional camera equipment)

·       Extensive knowledge of social media platforms

·       Ability to create/deliver content under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

·       The logistics/supply chain industry

·       Working closely with sales teams to drive conversion goals

·       Salesforce/Pardot or similar platforms

·       Project management platforms such as Monday, Trello, Workzone, Basecamp, etc

·       Social Media Management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc

·       Professional photography/videography

·       Motion graphics/animation
