Lead and develop a team of recruiting and people analysts
Oversee implementation of a new analytics tool
Create actionable data stories for insights and decision making
Prepare materials for Board meetings and company-wide initiatives
Identify insights around organizational health and employee experience
Build roadmap for reporting and analytics development
Ensure consistent methodology for data collection and reporting
Collaborate on business process changes affecting data

Education

Degree in related field (preferred)
