Skills
Proficiency in a variety of research methodologies
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Strong math and statistical skills
Ability to balance user research, strategy, business insights, team input, and intuition
Responsibilities
Deliver strategic recommendations and research to explore and assess new opportunities, technologies, and markets
Partner with multiple functions to identify opportunities, generate strategy, and define success
Design and lead projects from start to finish to deliver meaningful impact to Figma's business
Influence a variety of teams' roadmaps from Business to Product
Advocate for the role of Research as a strategic partner in the business process
Education
5+ years of working experience in a consultancy, design agency, innovation or strategy department, or conducting research in a fast-paced product development environment
