Sales Enablement Specialist

Figma is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and drive the onboarding of new sales hires.

Skills

  • Experience in Sales Enablement and sales or a sales-related role
  • Ability to convey complex information in an engaging manner
  • Understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Comfortability using Learning Management Systems
  • Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding globally for new hires within the sales org
  • Facilitate sales org specific training
  • Continuously measure and evolve the onboarding program
  • Cultivate strong relationships with sales managers
  • Partner with enablement team to incorporate new content into the program
