Skills

Experience in Sales Enablement and sales or a sales-related role
Ability to convey complex information in an engaging manner
Understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Comfortability using Learning Management Systems
Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness

Responsibilities

Manage onboarding globally for new hires within the sales org
Facilitate sales org specific training
Continuously measure and evolve the onboarding program
Cultivate strong relationships with sales managers
Partner with enablement team to incorporate new content into the program
