Director of UX Design

Skills

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
Experience in Mobile-first accessible application design
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to evaluate user feedback and analytics to improve user experiences

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor design teams to create delightful user experiences and solutions for the FTS ecosystem
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver user-focused design solutions
Drive the design process, conduct user research, and implement AB testing strategies
Establish and maintain design guidelines and standards across Figure's product landscape
Stay updated on industry trends and advocate for a user-centric mindset within the organization

Education

Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
Passion for Human-Computer Interaction and user-centric design
