Responsibilities

Manage a team providing legal counsel and support to lending product and operational groups
Lead across corporate, commercial, capital markets, product, regulatory and compliance teams
Prepare the company for an IPO and ensure compliance with securities laws
Stay ahead of regulatory landscape in technology and financial services
Serve as Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors

Education

J.D. and membership with at least one state bar in good standing
