Job Summary 

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Talent Sourcer to join our Recruiting team! As a Talent Sourcer at our company, you will assist with finding, sourcing, attracting, scheduling and hiring talent with the goal to fulfill the company's hiring needs.  

• Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
• Post job descriptions on career websites, and universities boards
• Source candidates by using databases and social media
• Assist internal recruiting team with scheduling virtual and onsite interviews
• Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
• Use recruiting tools like Lever and Linkedin to assess candidates’ skills
• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to the recruiting team
• Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
• Contact new employees and prepare orientation sessions
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
• Attend job fairs and careers events

• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Recruiting or HR (preferred) role
• Ability and willingness to learn about the Company, Product, and Position requirements
• Passion about Customer/Candidate experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn, or applicant tracking systems
