The Final Assembly Associate Opportunity:
We are looking for a Final Assembly Associate to read and interpret shop drawings and determine how to build items to design. This position will help support the production team by assembling different parts. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for a highly organized, methodical person with a proven track record of experience and success seeking an excellent opportunity for career development.
In this Role, You Will:
Strong knowledge of tooling and the ability to evaluate and generate improvement opportunities
Be able to determine the condition of tools (rework and clean when necessary)
Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and report productivity to the manager
Keep work area clean and organized
Provide a high level of attention to detail and focus on a given task
Follow all company rules and policies
Follow all safety rules and quality standards
Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
Assemble items as instructed
Prepare product for shipment
Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment, manually or machine-assisted
Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience
High School Diploma / GED - Required
Meticulous attention to detail to follow precise plans
Measuring skills to take accurate, precise measurements of materials to follow shop drawings
Work with a variety of tools and equipment
Must be able to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and stand for long periods of time
Manual dexterity
Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Good computing skills, including Word and Excel
Written and verbal communications in English

Compensation
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the hourly pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas. This role is also eligible for stock options, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
