We're looking for an Accounting Manager to join us and expand our Team. • Review account reconciliations
• Review and determine requirements for accruals and prepaid.
• Prepare equity transactions
• Prepare consolidation if more than one reporting entity
• Prepare financial statements and footnotes on a US GAAP-compliant basis
• Provide clients with interim financial statements as requested
• Provide clients with analysis of significant changes in the balance sheet and income statement amounts, including comparison to budget.

• Must have previous experience working in a SAAS/Tech Cargo Company
• At least 7 years of progressive relevant experience
• BA in Accounting/CPA/MBA preferred
• Good work ethic; team player
• Prompt follow-up on open issues
