Job Title: Treasury & Cash Management Specialist

Job Location: Remote

Job Shift: US PST Shift (8 pm-5 am, IST)

We're looking for a Treasury & Cash Management Specialist to join us and expand our Team. • Cash & Liquidity Management
• Prepare Cash Liquidity Reports for investors.
• Manage Weekly Cash Reconciliation Files and Monthly Consolidated Cash Reconciliations.
• Ensure proper cash transaction uploads in NetSuite for multiple entities

• Payments & Banking Operations
• Handle Tipalti bank payments marking, bank wires, intercompany transfers, and Tipalti fundings.
• Support AP cleanup and reconciliation.

• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely to cross-check and ensure all cash entries are recorded accurately in NetSuite.

• 5+ years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, or Financial Operations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and NetSuite is required.
• Experience with Tipalti and handling multi-entity cash management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in the PST shift is preferred.
