Finance Manager

We are searching for:

A Finance Manager due to our tremendous growth. The Finance Manager will track and assess financial performance and prepare executive briefings and detailed reports. As a team member, you will collaborate with executive stakeholders to ascertain critical financial data and metrics needed to drive business decisions. This position liaises with colleagues in Seoul and the United States, requiring bi-lingual fluency, both verbal and written. Cupix advances digital twin high-fidelity situational and visual context for the ENR Top 400 architecture, engineering, and construction firms. We believe a true 3D AI engine, unified reality-capture-data fusion-processor, and scalable API platform can empower people to digitally transform the built world into clear and actionable insights!

What will you be doing?

  • Partner with cross-functional teams regularly to identify areas for improvement and solve problems.
  • Assist with the implementation and ongoing monitoring of significant new accounting pronouncements.
  • Evaluate business transactions for proper U.S. GAAP accounting treatment, including accounting and disclosure recommendations, and document audit-ready conclusions.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end process for our worldwide close process by performing accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis, in compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and SOX.
  • Act as a liaison with our external auditors and support the preparation of annual audits.
  • Identify process improvements and implement changes to improve efficiency and scalability and mitigate risk.

What do we need from you?

  • 10 years of increasingly diverse or complex financial management experience in the technology industry, including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence, Geospatial, Graphics Cards, Consumer Electronics, Semiconductor, Telecom, Video Games, or Wireless.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting software, corporate principles, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • An analytical mind with good organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
  • CFA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
  • Strong creative skills to develop new and innovative solutions.
  • Bilingual in Korean highly preferred.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
  • CFA certification.

Location:

United States - Dallas, San Francisco Bay Area, or Remote.
