LuxDeco is looking for a forward thinking Finance Manager. As Finance Manager you’ll be joining a small, high-performing and fast paced finance team, whose motto is ‘Where there’s a will, there’s a way.’ Working closely with the CFO, you’ll be responsible for the efficient running of the finance function to an exceptional standard paving the way for the team to add value to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee aged payables and receivables to maintain accurate and timely processing of information and reporting.
- Help track teams performance and develop their technical knowledge.
- Weekly reconciling of multi-currency bank accounts to ensure timely information is available for analysis.
- Prepare weekly payment runs and assist with cash flow reporting to allow suppliers to be paid on time and, in turn, deliver goods to customers as quickly as possible.
- Review and preparation of quarterly VAT.
- Run team meetings and initiate solutions to problems.
- Preparation of management accounts and month end duties.
- Develop and implement new procedures/best practices to enhance the workflow and productivity of the department.
- Collaborate with the other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
Essential:
- You're ACCA or CIMA qualified with post-qualification industry experience
- You have advanced Excel skills and comfortable with large amounts of data
- You have excellent attention to detail
- You enjoy a challenge, and celebrate successes that come along with them.
- You're highly organised and can meet deadlines in a timely manner
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills. Positive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- You work well under-pressure and are able to effectively multi-task
Desirable:
- You have experience working in e-commerce.
- You have education to degree level
- You have experience in working with Xero

Your Location: Currently one/two days per week from our flexible office space in London, or our Warehouse in Essex. For the remaining days, you can work from anywhere that allows you to do your best work.
Your Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
