Finance Manager

Location: This position is located at the headquarters office in Santa Clara, CA.

Responsible for OPEX in Marketing, G&A, Product Management and Business Development, as well as Revenue Modeling from Sales Bookings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders and partners across various functions, including Finance, and Accounting to ensure reliable budgets and forecasts
Prepare and manage spending forecasts for Marketing, G&A, PM and Business Development.
Prepare and manage revenue forecasts based on bookings, understand the complexities of different revenue streams
Prepare spend analysis and monthly reporting materials for senior executives about the financial performance, especially driving key business decisions.
Act as a business partner for the new FP&A system to ensure a comprehensive, internally consistent end-to-end view of core financial data and performance across multiple dimensions and time periods
Develop ad-hoc models, ranging from simple/directional ones to more complex with multiple variables and inputs

Skills:

5+ years of experience in Finance or related field, preferably within medium-sized corporations. Saas experience is a must-have.
Strong financial acumen and curiosity to understand the upstream and downstream affects of business decisions
In-depth experience working with the executive level to build budgets, projects and forecasts.
Strong knowledge of Finance and accounting processes, data structures, and systems in a public company environment
Exceptional Excel modeling and data manipulation skills, including Xlookup and SQL
Proficiency in an FP&A system
Comfort getting deep into the details and also stepping back to see the big picture
Ability to effectively articulate a data-driven point-of-view to leadership in a clear and concise manner, written and verbally. Strong ability to summarize
Outstanding collaboration and influencing skills, ability to gather information from different sources and effectively utilize them in the forecasting process

The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.

$146,000—$175,000 USD
