A successful candidate should be able to handle the Accounts Payable function and you will be responsible for all the activities related to accounts payable, which include Calculating, posting business transactions, processing invoices, verifying financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and providing other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.
Responsibilities :
  • Prepares and enters data for billing purposes
  • Validate information provided by the business operations
  • Analysis and administrative support for ongoing projects
  • Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Codes, inputs and uploads all invoices into the system for approval
  • Maintains account payable and vendor files
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Coordinate and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues with the finance team
  • Produce monthly reports and provide supporting documents for P&L reviews
  • Assists with special projects and performs other duties as required
  • Liaising with the auditors and other sub functions and departments for their requirements
  • TDS / withholding tax to be deducted on supplier invoices / payments (wherever applicable)
  • Monthly TDS / GST Payments
  • Periodic filing of non-salary TDS and GST returns
