Financial Analytics Analyst (Northridge, CA or Minneapolis, MN)

The Financial Analytics Analyst role will join a newly designed team focused on resource management to design and develop models that aid in our business transformation. This individual will produce dashboards and other key analytics model that will be consumed weekly by Senior Leadership. They will also collaborate with the broader finance team to streamline and automate our analytics to produce key KPI’s.

This is a hybrid position. Individuals may work out of the Northridge, CA or Mounds View/Fridley, MN offices.
A Day in the Life:
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Develops, inspects, transforms, and models data to raise productivity and improve decision making
- Conducts financial analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification.
- Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems.
- Streamline Excel reporting
- Migrate large data sets into Dashboards for leadership usage
- Automate processes to reduce manual work
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience in Data Analytics
OR
- Advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
Nice to Have
- Understanding finance models (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)
- Desire to interface with Senior Leadership
- Strong knowledge of Power BI/Excel
- Knowledge of SAP
- Basic Finance Acumen

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
