Position Summary
Position Summary:

This associate-level resource will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of Huron’s Engagement Health (EH), a program designed to support Healthcare consulting projects in achieving positive outcomes for our clients and teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating and administering the client Net Promoter Score (NPS) Survey, tracking and reporting on project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and working with Healthcare consulting project leadership teams to promote and improve EH tools and adoption. The individual in this role will also be a part of enterprise-wide initiatives to standardize Project Health and NPS across Huron. This position will report directly to the Healthcare EH Director and serve within the Healthcare Operations team.
Qualifications
EH Associate Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a system of organization to oversee Engagement Health program usage and compliance across all Healthcare projects
  • Manage the client Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey process, and administer the survey within Salesforce for all applicable projects
  • Create and maintain monthly Engagement Health reporting
  • Assist in development of operational and executive-level Engagement Health dashboards
  • Review project outcomes to identify and escalate trends that can be used to improve future project outcomes
  • Perform training on program best practices to ensure positive compliance and results
  • Continue advancement of the program through creating and maintaining training documentation, process flows, and presentations
Candidate Requirements:
 Highly organized individual who can absorb and synthesize detailed information
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills to proactively work with leadership to address challenges
 Microsoft Excel proficiency required; Salesforce and Smartsheet experience preferred
 High degree of comfort using other Microsoft business products (Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
 Ability to independently learn new tools and databases
 Requires use of independent judgment, discretion, and decision-making abilities
 Minimum of 3 years in consulting, operations, or human resource management in a professional services organization or other relevant industry
 Strong performance in achieving a bachelor’s degree or equivalent specializing in operations, business administration, or other analytical discipline
  • The estimated base salary range for this job is $65,000-$90,000.The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $72,800-106,200. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
