Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The FPA Manager position is responsible for Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting as well as Airrosti’s Treasury functions. This includes but is not limited to, managing financial sources and relationships (banking and private lenders), cash management, financial trending/analysis, financial planning, and forecasting. The position requires a well-rounded individual with experience working in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment capable of managing multiple processes and people. This employee will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the CEO, Vice President of Accounting, other Department Leaders, and Airrosti personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report to upper management on several key daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial metrics and performance indicators. Continuously develop new analytics to track and support company initiatives.
• Create, implement and maintain multi-level (department, entity, etc.) budgets. Reforecast on a recurring basis based on changes in internal and external trends, changes in operations, and known data points.
• Continually analyze budget and submit recommendations to CFO based on data analysis of past and current trends.
• Retain and expand relationships within the organization to understand departmental costs and operations; especially department heads and departmental operations analysts.
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with financial institutions and private lenders.
• Cash Flow forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of cash flow use and sources
• Maintain documentation of processes.
• Supervise Financial and/or Data Analyst(s); Develop ideas and programs for process improvements and team members’ professional growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Finance
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Super user of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Experience in a leadership role in a fast-growth environment
• Extensive experience in Data Analytics
• Experience in the healthcare industry (Preferred)
