We are expanding our Recruiting Team and are hiring experienced financial recruiters who can identify great candidates and usher them through our hiring process while ensuring a great candidate experience. You will partner with Propeller's hiring managers to fill our accounting and finance positions and other internal roles with the best hires. Our ideal recruiter is experienced in full cycle recruiting, is familiar with accounting and finance concepts, knows how to build a strong talent pipeline and works well cross-functionally. A plus if you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for start-ups!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle (including sourcing, interviewing, hiring)
  • Ensure best hiring practices are followed across the organization by partnering closely with hiring managers
  • Source and evaluate great candidates on LinkedIn and other social networks, professional associations, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to innovate recruiting strategies
  • Ensure a great candidate experience with timely attention to each candidate
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting to management on key metrics
  • Stay current on the company’s organizational structure, employment policies, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial recruiting
  • Experience in building a strong talent pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with a myriad of hiring managers and the leadership team
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding ability to work in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting &/or Finance
  • Expertise in LinkedIn, Greenhouse and Excel
