The Borders and Trade Finance Team provide financial services to the business including budgeting, financial management, reporting, control and financial analysis at group level and is part of a wider finance function of the group which includes the Financial Business Partners to the group.

Team members that are moving offices as a result of the Locations Programme will be entitled to a Moves Adjustment Payment for three years where they incur additional costs. This is calculated based on the difference between the costs of travelling to and from the new and old office, over a weekly period. Things you need to know
As part of the application process you will be asked to submit a Personal Statement and CV.
Personal Statement, word limit 1000 words, to include evidence of how you meet the essential criteria, your suitability for the role and what you will bring to the role.
CV - You will be presented with two text boxes.

Sift
In the event that we receive a large number of applications, we may conduct an initial sift based on the Personal Statement .
Where there is an initial sift, we will provide scores to people who do not meet the minimum standard. If your application progresses to a full sift, your full application will then be assessed and scores provided.
Interview
You will be assessed further on your experience and suitability for the role along with the following Behaviours: -

After interview, a single merit list will be created, and you will only be considered for posts in locations you have expressed a preference for. Appointments will be made in strict merit order in line with the set number of roles in each location.

Your office location is contractual so if you are successful , there is an expectation that you will attend that office location as required by the business.
