Expected salary range: $73,800.00 - $82,000.00 per year, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401k.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provides functional support to the Finance organization in using fixed asset (PowerPlant) and cash management applications (Kyriba/T-Recs). Serves as a fixed asset and cash management system administrator. Leverages system expertise to provide business consulting services to Corporate and Business Unit constituents in accounting, tax, and operating areas to automate manual processes, educate the Finance Community on existing system process and recommend improvements to business processes.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Provide PowerPlan application support for Fixed Asset & Lease month end close process.

2. Provide cash management application support to support cash positioning and ensure payments flow to/from banks.

3. Perform configuration management and implement system fixes, updates and enhancements by working closely with Constellation IT and the Finance Community.

4. Facilitate business process improvement through the use of technology.

5. Provide help desk support and training for the fixed asset and cash management processes for the Finance community.

JOB SCOPE

Maintains and supports the company’s financial system footprint, specifically the fixed asset and cash management applications.

Coordinates with accounting and IT personnel

Develops and enhances stronger data governance controls and framework to manage and coordinate data policies and practices.

Supports and drives business user engagement and optimize the use of existing systems through issue resolution, enhancement, communication, trainings, and workshops.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, IT, data analytics, or related field

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial system support and/or participation in technology projects

• Strong understanding of financial concepts and financial analysis

• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with multiple teams concurrently

• Appreciation for system configuration and importance of data accuracy, security, and integrations

• Strong aptitude of accounting systems and technology

• Proven analytical skills, ability to analyze and solve complex business problems

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate in person and virtual environments

PREFERRED QUALIIFCATIONS

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or Systems

• CPA or other financial certification

• Demonstrated system support experience

• Experience with Power Plant Fixed Asset/Lease or Kyriba

• Participation in continuous improvement and transformation programs enabling efficiency and effectiveness

• Working knowledge of production support, upgrades, and enhancements
