Financial Systems Analyst We have an opening for a Financial Systems Analyst position in North Little Rock, AR. If your background or education includes report writing, creation of business information tools, financial analysis, and overall financial systems support to meet the financial reporting objectives of the company, please apply!

Responsibilities

• Work closely with IT and Accounting/Finance to support the Accounting/Finance department using BI tools (webfocus reporting writing) at all levels of reporting.
• Development of report writing tools and a report writing manual to be able to teach/train in the same areas (file structure, set-up, joins, converting queries to WF, etc).
• Support all aspects of financial statement set up and file structure to create and edit financial statements. Support preparation of the monthly financial statements while effectively communicating statement changes, margin changes and preparation of change management tools.

Duties

• Assist with the annual financial statement and bank audits. Assist in the management of the Accounting dashboard pages for updates, changes, and organization.
• Learn and document the file structure and fields for all accounting related files, including but not limited to order file, load file, costp, GL, accounting modules, settlements, revhist, etc.
• Assist Accounting in converting AS400 queries into BI tools or other reporting writing tools, as needed. Support Accounting leadership to take a lead role in systems migrations for the Accounting side while representing Accounting/Finance for multiple support areas.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Preferred Accounting/Finance Bachelor Degree. Strong systems analyst, organizational and project management skills are important in this role.
