Responsibilities

Assist Analysts with laptop hardware and software issues
Maintain local office IT infrastructure
Image and provision laptops/workstations
Provision/Deprovision users
Create Active Directory accounts
Manage NTFS file share permissions

Education

Technical degree preferred
Relevant certifications are a plus
