Regional Social Media Project Manager

The Rol

Your mission will be to manage and execute regional social media communication agencies, with a close relationship with the brand teams and other internal teams of the company. You will monitor projects, detect improvements and solve possible problems that may arise during the course of the projects, managing the necessary resources to achieve the brand's objectives.

You will understand the behavior of social media at a regional level and especially within the digital and social media ecosystem for the different brands we work for, collaborating closely with social media agencies, creative agencies and influencer agencies.


What would you do?

  • Responsible for strategic understanding and maintaining contact with the brand and identifying and transmitting to the rest of the agency and its teams their expectations, requirements and preferences.
  • Lead the assigned project(s) from the areas of Social Media and Influence, coordinating with Category, Creative, Media and other teams that may be involved.
  • Manage the agencies working on the project, pitching to some agencies if necessary.
  • Manage assigned budgets, optimizing costs and looking for efficiencies.
  • Develop relevant documentation to be shared at European level, such as briefing documents for markets to take action.
  • Develop presentations for European market calls.
  • Support local markets with their questions and needs.
  • Inform the Social Media and Influence managers about the status of the project.
  • Coordinate weekly meetings with the work teams to keep track of the projects, detect improvements and solve possible problems that may arise in the course of the projects.

Who you are?

  • You will bring experience of at least 7 years as an Account Executive having worked in communication agencies and/or T-1 media.
  • Degree in Administration, Journalism or Advertising, with training in the world of brand, corporate and institutional communication with a focus on social media.
  • Experience in corporate agency management, relationship with media agencies, event management agencies.
  • Project management skills (budget management, time and deadline tracking, team coordination not only in-house but also in other areas, etc.).
  • Good writing and communication skills; with focus on detail.
  • Knowledge in digital environments and social networks.
