Powered by our proprietary technology that enables people to find the resources available in their area, we have helped millions of Seekers find food, health, housing and employment programs.As a Regional Director, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing a comprehensive, proactive government affairs strategy that advances findhelp’s mission and goals with local, regional, state, and federal executives, elected officials and other key decision makers. In your day-to-day you’ll collaborate with internal teams and findhelp’s contracted lobbyists to build relationships with policymakers, learn how social care referral can add value for their constituents and establish findhelp as a thought leader.Responsibilities and Duties:• Develop and manage findhelp strategy for strengthening relationships with elected officials and government agencies and increasing their understanding of and support for findhelps mission and work.• Establish and manage market development strategy and plan that includes outreach to government agencies in states.• Identify priority legislative and government relations issues.• Function as point of contact for state legislators, executive branch decision-makers, local elected/appointed officials, and other key decision makers.• Establish and maintain partnerships with key decision makers across findhelp to ensure alignment with business priorities and challenges.• Assist with hiring and supervising of contract lobbyists and consultants ensuring contract deliverables are being met.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree required; with a concentration in Political Science, Government, Public Policy preferred.
