This position is an entry level position into Evaluation. Incumbent will work closely with VP Evaluation, supporting the administrative responsibilities of Evaluation Team as well as train to develop olfactive skills. Responsibilities will also include expediting fragrance samples from the lab to the client.

• Lead, follow up and Evaluate all regulatory reworks, communication, using systems and organizational skills.
• Evaluate Technical performance of fragrances / Search in Library / submit to clients / enter stability requests & follow up.
• Organize New Launch Fine Fragrance meetings weekly.
• Organize Library meetings and enter fragrances in library / Collection creation.

• High school diploma or equivalent with college degree preferred.
• 2-3 years general office experience, preferably in the fragrance/cosmetic business. Chemistry background a plus.
• General knowledge of perfumery raw materials, perfume history and perfumes families.
• Knowledge of Symrise fragrance genealogy is a plus ➕
• Regulatory rework: knowing Protocol of triangle on blotter & skin with results for clients.
• Technical performance fragrance evaluation protocols.
• Able to articulate fragrance direction to perfumer, translation of consumer insight or marketing words into fragrance language.
• Must be highly organized and proficient in MS Office 360.

The base salary for this role ranges from $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
