Objectives of This Role:
We are looking for a solutions-oriented digital production leader to elevate the technical delivery of our omnichannel programs and own the digital, development, and data focused processes across our diverse portfolio of business. The right person is the subject-matter expert for the production process and technologies involved in omnichannel program development, infrastructure of websites, mobile apps, marketing automation, email campaigns, data environments, and digital media drivers. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to manage high performing individuals and the larger digital production team with decisive confidence.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead the digital production team who is responsible for guiding project teams through all phases of omnichannel and digital projects, including strategy, content creation, design, development, and quality assurance.
Represent digital production capabilities to internal partners and clients, instilling confidence and providing thought leadership.
Continuous evaluation and enhancement of production process and documentation related to the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
Partner with digital strategy, development leads, and data engineering to produce a technical approach, estimate, and timeline for complex digital projects.
For key clients and high-stake accounts, interface with external brand and IT teams to facilitate project needs, leading client meetings
Ensure internal and freelance teams understand their assignments, due dates, priorities, and budget.
Manage, mentor, and develop the digital production team
Develop and educate internal teams on the development process, best practices, and related tools
What it takes:
15+ years of digital production experience in an agency environment with a background in pharmaceutical and digital marketing (can be combination of client and agency experience)
Deep knowledge of omnichannel infrastructure which includes marketing automation, data engineering, data QA, web development, app, email, and user experience best practices
Expertise in the digital development life cycle, as well as waterfall and agile methodologies
A team player with strong time-management skills, the ability to motivate others to deliver excellence, and poise and focus under pressure
Knowledge of our technology stack which includes AWS, Snowflake, Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and collaboration skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Jira
Ability to thrive—and keep a great sense of humor—in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
