Your Role
As a Backend Engineer in the Customer Operations team, you will have an impact on software that will manage thousands of vehicles and customers on a daily basis. You will enable our customers to manage their cars, and our Customer Care team to answer queries in record time.

Your Responsibilities- Do it, do it, automate it: Simplify, automate and optimize processes that are currently carried out manually using no-code tools as Make or Retool (20%) and solid hard code implementation (80%).
- You build it, you run it: Build features and take ownership for testing, deployment and monitoring of your code. Yes, we believe in Serverless!
- Share your technical expertise: Play a driving technical role in the Backend team. You will be able to share your technical knowledge and engineering best practices, as well as shape technical discussions to deliver the best possible solutions.
Your Profile- Experience in software engineering with a hands-on mindset.
- Experience with Javascript and Typescript.
- Knowledge in SQL, Docker and building HTTP APIs or with serverless applications is a plus.
- Experience with Git and traditional PR review processes is a plus.
- Previous experience in an agile development team.
- Strong growth mindset and the motivation to continuously improve self and team performance.
- Fluency in English.

Software Engineer €68,000 - €81,000
Factors that may influence an employee's pay within this range include, but are not limited to, their experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, education level, seniority, and performance. The compensation for this role will be within the range of €55,000 to €81,000 + VSOP, depending on the factors described above, as assessed during the interview process. This is the lowest and highest salary that we in good faith believe to be fair for this role at the time of this posting. This compensation range may be subject to change in the future.
