Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for new product features and enhancements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into functional product specifications.
• Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inspire innovative design solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture within the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS or accounting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and process as well as successful project outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience collaborating in an agile development environment, working closely with cross-functional teams.
