Firework is a global start-up in high-growth mode. We are seeking a dynamic, team-oriented Sr. Manager, Demand Generation to join our marketing team. Working in close alignment with sales and marketing leadership, you'll strategize, own, and drive initiatives to move prospects through the funnel, both for new customers and renewals/up-sells. You'll understand our buyer personas and consider the end-to-end customer experience, evaluating and improving messaging and communication formats.


What you’ll be doing:


-Plan, execute and measure multi-channel customer acquisition programs incorporating elements such short and long form content, social media, workshops

-Run Firework’s global digital marketing activities, including day to day management of Google, LinkedIn and other tools

-Develop and own Firework’s ABM initiatives by studying, segmenting  and targeting our ICPs

-Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and optimize campaigns for maximum impact 

-Own and track newsletters and nurture programs in partnership with Content Marketing

-Develop and implement quarterly plans to meet department and company OKRs, track forecast to goal, and communicate plans and forecast to internal stakeholders and management

-Seek out industry best practices, experiment with new approaches and tools, and be disciplined and analytical in measuring and sharing results

-Be an integral part of the on-going strategic discussion about our objectives, the buyer's journey, buyer psychology and the stages of the lead lifecycle


Must Haves:


-Bachelor’s degree, ideally in an analytical concentration, i.e., engineering or business administration

-Minimum 3 years in marketing, specifically in a demand generation role, ideally at a growth stage enterprise software or B2B SaaS company

-Previous experience with Google Adwords and display campaigns 

-Superior analytical ability and curiosity to delve into the data and understand what's working and able to devise creative solutions

-Highly results-oriented and motivated to meet and exceed objectives

-Outstanding written and verbal communications and able to effective influence and communicate to different audiences

-An eye for quality content and design (and the drive to achieve it)

-Super user knowledge of marketing automation tools and technologies such as Hubspot and Salesforce

-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced test-oriented environmentStart-up mentality; ability to execute quickly in a global team environment

-Positive can-do attitude


Great to have:


-Previous experience with ABM tools like Demandbase, 6Sense

-Master’s degree


The role is remote. For remote, we are looking for candidates based in the Toronto, Canada area.


The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated pay range for this role is CAD 135,000 - 164,000. Other factors that impact compensation may include stock options.
