In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive marketing programs that enhance Mercer's intellectual capital, strengthen our brand, and drive demand generation within our expanding US Wealth business.As the US Retirement Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy and initiatives to support our Retirement solutions, including Defined Contribution, Pooled Employer Plans, and Defined Benefits.
