Sales Support Intern

We are looking for Sales Support Interns to join our team. This internship is Contract-to-Hire and comes with an opportunity to become a fulltime employee. 100% Remote, preferred location - San Francisco Bay Area. Compensation Range: $17 - $23 /per hour.

As a Sales Support Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations and data governance efforts. You will be involved in a variety of tasks ranging from email communications, data entry and reporting in Salesforce, to assisting in the setup of meetings both internally and with clients. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll be Doing:  

Intern will be responsible for supporting sales functions including:

  • Perform data entry and generate reports in Salesforce to support the sales team’s efforts in tracking activities and client engagements.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests
  • Be available to join sales calls on camera and in a professional setting
  • Assist in scheduling and managing calendars for internal meetings and client engagements. Help organize virtual and in-person meetings
  • Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely execution and delivery of project milestones
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and organize them for easy access and reference by the team
  • Attend project meetings and events, assisting in creating meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare insightful reports for Customers
  • Assist project managers in identifying project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines
  • Participate in market research activities to gather intelligence on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, supporting the sales strategy
  • Handle email correspondences efficiently, ensuring clear and professional communication both internally and externally

Assisting the Senior Sales Support Lead in the following areas:

  • Lead creation in Salesforce
  • Support lead review and qualification processes
  • Opportunity creation and updates for sales engagements where the resource does not have access to salesforce
  • Contribute to the overall sales process: Assist in the creation and development of proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs) and Requests For Proposal (RFPs)
  • Monitor and track sales team activities, ensuring that all client interactions are logged and accessible
  • Opportunity hygiene checks

This range is based on our market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity and candidate qualifications, such as skills, experience and education.
