Head of Growth Marketing - Remote

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to grow all paid and performance marketing channels at Firstbase.We’re looking for someone who can find creative ways to expand our customer base that consists of 30k startups across 180+ countries.Firstbase is an all-in-one platform that makes it simple for founders across the globe to launch, manage, and grow their businesses.Our team is dedicated to building products & solving some of the startups’ hardest problems, with a particular focus on:Democratizing access to financial infrastructureBuilding integrated solutions for founders and removing frictionJoin us on a mission to help more companies succeed!We are looking for risk takers who thrive in ambiguity and are not afraid to treat their role like a founder. You own your function, and love experimenting with creative growth strategies.Own all paid and performance channels across all platforms.Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving growth.Design and implement initiatives to increase engagement within our audience, including A/B testing of bonuses, promotions, and other incentives. Focus on driving repeat usage and loyalty across the platform.Optimize engagement by delivering relevant content and offers to specific segments.Continuously refine strategies based on performance data to maximize growth and engagement outcomes.5+ years of experience in Demand Gen, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.~ Experience with email and text marketing platforms focused on segmentation and personalization.~ Demonstrated ability to drive growth and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives.~ Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills..~ We lean on some of the best market data to ensure that we offer the most competitive compensation.~ We work both remotely & from our offices in New York City – optimizing for collaboration while providing flexibility to team members.~Firstbase offers health insurance reimbursements to both US and international employees.~ Learning and development: We provide a stipend together with resources to help people grow and develop in their careers.~ Every team at Firstbase has a bonus structure that usually accounts for 10% of OTE.
