LEGAL CLOSING COORDINATOR
Fischer Homes is seeking a Legal Closing Coordinator to assist in the lot closing process by collaborating with different departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
- Maintain Legal Closing Coordinators’ schedules.
- Facilitate lot closing electronic real estate filings.
- Maintain a tickler system to validate completion of all closings.
- Track and maintain original post-closing documents.
- Monitor job start schedule with construction dates.
- Support closing processes with Senior Closing Coordinators.
Education
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience
